E-Smooth is the artist and producer moniker of Eric Dorough, an independent musician crafting beats, songs, and compositions across Ableton, Logic, and Pro Tools. Trained in music production at Full Sail University, he moves fluidly between hard-hitting beats, soulful R&B textures, and cinematic composition — a versatility shaped by years behind the boards and a life spent turning experience into art.

His single "Out That Door" (feat. Big Chris, 2021) introduced that voice to the world. Written in the wake of the COVID-19 lockdown, it's a deeply personal record about losing his mother to a homicide 41 years ago and the lifelong impact on his mental health — and about survival: his own, and his two brothers', carried by what he calls a "Resilient" attitude. It's not just his story; it's an anthem for anyone still standing.

That resilience is the thread through everything E-Smooth makes. Whether he's producing a beat, remixing, or composing to picture, the mission is the same: turn pain into purpose and give listeners something real to hold onto. New music is on the way — follow the journey at esmoothmusic.com.
